Beautiful stay in peaceful area of Amsterdam

Pros: Nice quiet location, opposite park and canal. Metro stop right outside to get to wherever you'd like in Amsterdam. Lovely stylish, calming hotel, bathroom facilities were modern. Reception staff were very responsive and helpful.

Cons: The tv in the breakfast nook wasnt working, however the view from the window, including of the parakeets and even herons in the tree outside were entertaining.The staircases are very steep as are most in Amsterdam.

Very enjoyable, would return

Pros: The staff were lovely the virtual check in was fun It was a good location - roughly 20 min walk to centre along nice roads Rooms smells lovely Tony’s chocoloney in rooms daily and fresh water daily Provided free sparkling wine to celebrate my fiancés 30th Room was very cosy

Cons: Our floor was very dirty and wasn’t cleaned during the stay which resulted in us not wanting to walk around without shoes on, same with the bathroom, it was a bit dirty

Pros: Very beautifully decorated, clean and great location. Staff were really friendly and helpful - our room had plenty of space for 4 people

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very lovely area with the trams running just outside so very convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and very pretty.

Magnificent.

Pros: House of Adam was beautifully decorated and an amazing stay. The room was wonderful with the comfiest bed and setup, we were thrilled. Amenities were great and the room was spacious for Amsterdam! The location was lovely, as it was in a quieter area that we wish we could have explored even more. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink nearby, and lots recommended by the staff at house of Adam too- The diner Orff nearby was a must go to for great food. This was my favourite place I have stayed in Amsterdam and I will definitely be returning!

Perfect location near city centre and still quite and tranquil

Pros: It was a fantastic little hotel very close to the city centre but still very quiet and not much traffic. The room was on the top floor and the stairs were very steep so I don't recommend people who has difficulties walking in stairs to live in this hotel unless you receive a room at the bottom floor. Our room was very clean and had a coffee machine and a kettle and the beds were very good. The room were super clean and very fresh. In the \
