We had a fabulous week - would highly recommend this accommodation.

Pros: Clean, stylish, warm, comfortable. Excellent location - gorgeous canal views. Brilliant communication from the owners and apartment was cleaned and tidied during our stay (which was an unexpected delight) when we returned one day! Super, super stay. Highly recommended. 👍

Cons: The only very, very slight issue was that we couldn’t get the shower to work at a bearable temperature. Try as we might it was either boiling or scalding! We just ran baths and added cold water to get a reasonable temperature - which was fine. A bit noisy as the windows were not double glazed but there were earplugs supplied so obviously the owner was aware of this issue.

Very comfortable and within good walking distance of central sites.

Pros: Very comfortable. Great location, but 10 minutes walk away from tram stops.

Cons: Plug for the wash basin.

Pros: It was beautifully decorated and in such a lovely area.

Cons: It's very trivial but the dishwasher hadnt been emptied.

Pros: Absolutely loved staying here! I would return in a heartbeat. It was far enough away from the centre that you weren’t disturbed by the noise, but close enough to walk each day. It was spacious, clean and comfortable! We stayed during the blizzard, and we could just sit there for hours staring out the window at the canal and the snow. There was a coffee shop just across the bridge and local bike hire only around the corner. Everything about this place was beautiful.

Cons: Very steep stairs to get up to the room, we had suitcases so had to carry them up, but definitely wouldn’t let it deter you (unless you have mobility issues).

Pros: The location is very near to the Dam Square and has easy access to other popular place such as Anne Frank House Museum.

Cons: The steep stairs.

Clean, comfortable and of a high standard

Pros: Excellent location, room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough about the manager Jonathan who was very prompt in answering any queries and more than helpful going out of his way to be useful. We had a fantastic week stay. Although our room had no kitchen the rubbish was cleared and washing up done when the room was cleaned daily.

Cons: Although we knew about the stairs it would be important that these are taken into consideration.

Pros: The location was excellent. A big room, furnished really nicely. A lot of extra little touches as well, like a very helpful guidebook, a few complimentary drinks / snack, dressing gowns, hair dryer, iron etc. Everything had been thought of.

Pros: Great location in old town, comfortable bed, minibar equiped with free products, clean, no noisy, all information are provided, emergency kit available, easy access and rapid check in

Cons: If hot summer days unfortunately the mobile air conditioning is not efficient in cooling down and makes a lot of noise
