Miss Jordaan for Quiet Travellers

Our stay was extremely comfortable thanks to our host William, always contactable and attentive

Pros: This delightful self catering apartment is situated in an authentic Amsterdam house in the Jordaan the host had provided some essential provisions and complimentary breakfast most welcome after a long journey. A wealth of cafes, bars and supermarket to hand. Five minutes walk from the Anne Frank House and a pleasant walk past beautiful architecture to the Museum Plein. Always enjoyable and fun. Nu donuts our favourite for take away, interesting streets to explore

Pros: Excellent location, Nice studio apartment. Quiet apartment as well as the neighborhood.

Cons: Narrow stairs up two floors, not for feet sick.

Pros: We had an absolutely amazing stay at Miss Jordaan. The location is truly perfect—right in the beautiful, historic Jordaan neighborhood. The host William was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was a peaceful retreat: quiet, clean, and well-equipped. We can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, and lovely base to explore Amsterdam.

Pros: William was a great host, stocking the fridge and giving me great suggestions for what to do in Amsterdam. The place is small but it’s in the best neighborhood and it’s so quiet at night. I was very comfortable here.

INCROYABLE

Pros: On a adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement typique, tout était PARFAIT (l’appartement très soigné, propre et cozy), les petits cadeaux de bienvenu (frigo rempli avec des vivres pour notre arrivée, bouquet de fleurs et j’en passe) et surtout le propriétaire, Wiliam, était d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance rare (des adresses, bon plans, conseils au cas où nous décidions de fréquenter des Coffeeshop, choses à savoir sur Amsterdam, etc.). Il faut juste savoir que l’appartement est situé dans un quartier calme (raison pour laquelle on y dormait comme ça bien même avec la fenêtre ouverte 😊) et qu’il faut être respectueux des voisins au cas où on rentre tard. merci encore pour tout, nous y reviendrons c’est sûr!

Great location- great value

Pros: Great location. All the amenities save a microwave. Excellent host. You do need to keep quiet (old building with neighbors).

Pros: Lokalita úžasná, jen vyjdete a máte vše jak na dlani. procházky, spousta kaváren , restaurací s přátelským přijetím. Pan domácí vytvořil domácí prostředí. Super, vřele doporučím komukoli.

Best location for a relaxing stay, nearby everything!

Pros: Incredible location! Fell in love with the neighborhood. A perfect little dutch style apartment. William the host was lovely and so welcoming. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing spot. Amazing host who warmly greets you and helps you with everything, informs you on everything you need to kn

Pros: already has almost everything you might need, bed next to window makes it so cozy at night. welcoming gifts in the fridge which we ate up immediately. really calm, quiet and safe street with good people around. amazing cafes and restaurants and other things at 2 minute walking distance. we were right next to the pride celebration at the canal, bright parties all day all around the streets where the hotel is. i guess it’s the only time of the year it isn’t that quiet. watched people having fun from the windows sometimes. so emotional. my friend told me it felt like home after 5 nights.

Cons: no maid means you have to clean up after yourself a bit which is normal. just makes it a bit different than a regular hotel.
