Pros: Lovely space in fantastic location,comfortable bed + great shower

Cons: The heating was regulated so didnt stay warm enough for me all the time, Tv had a few issues

Wonderful stay

Pros: Fabulous location, within walking distance to most attractions and tram/metro nearby. Ground floor - you walk in right off the street - no steep steps like so many apartments in Amsterdam - a bonus at the end of a long day! Great cafe next door for breakfast and lots of bars and restaurants on the street for the evening time. However, sound proof doors ensure that you are not disturbed by street noise. Apartment is exactly as shown in the photographs; functional rather than luxurious but it has absolutely everything you would need for a short stay. Spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. Floris the owner lives upstairs; he is friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive.

A comfortable stay in an excellent location with a very helpful host.

Pros: Excellent location, easy to get around Amsterdam. The apartment was clean and comfortable and Floris was very responsive and helpful when we had questions about the heating, he even brought an extra heater which we really appreciated.

Cons: The shelf above the kitchen was a little dusty.

Cons: The only thing was not having a place to hang hand towels in the bathroom,the tap was quite loose in the bathroom nothing that cannot be fixed.

Perfect and quiet location

Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartment and the location is absolutely perfect. 15 minute walk from central station and on a quiet street with great coffee shops within a minute walk. 5 minutes from dam square but still a very quiet street at night time. Floris is also very friendly and easy to deal. Would highly recommend this place . 10/10
