Pros: We very much enioyed our stay here. The cottage has a comfy vibe and is equipped with pretty much everything you could possibly need. The outside garden is to die for and there are plenty of spots where you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and kind. They gave us some really useful recommendations that enhanced our experience as first-time tourits in the Netherlands. Overall, it was truly a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this place!

Lovely cottage with beautiful furnishings

Pros: Lovely cute cottage. Beautifully furnished. Has everything you need for a short stay. Easy free parking across the street and secure bike parking too. Great location for exploring Utrecht.

Cons: A fan might have been useful during the heatwave.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful accommodation and friendly hosts. Kids enjoyed the cute kittens roaming in the lush, enclosed garden. Easy access to train station.

Cons: My fault as I should have read the instruction regarding payment...so as I couldn't pay with a card it took some time to sort. However, Amber did give me a lift to the cash line which was much appreciated. A card machine would be helpful.

Prachtig knus huisje in de buurt van Utrecht

Pros: Alles het is super schoon en alles is mooi ingericht. Marta is super aardig en gastvrij! De auto kan je gratis parkeren en de buiten ruimte is ook super knus. Heerlijk geslapen super lekkere bedden. Helemaal top is dat je zo in Utrecht stad bent. We komen zeker een keer terug en dan twee nachten!! Want de omgeving (naast het bos) is echt super mooi om lekker te wandelen.

Zeer tevreden, voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Pros: Vriendelijke uitbaatster, gratis parkeermogelijkheid, kort bij bus en treinhalte voor naar hartje Utrecht. In de vakantiewoning stond relaxen voorop; warme douche na een koude dag in het centrum en filmpje kijken via netflix.

Cons: Voor met 4 personen zijn er 2 die op de slaapzetel moeten slapen en dat zal wat minder comfort bieden. Dat wisten we wel op voorhand; niet echt een probleem (ik sliep niet op de zetel)
