Amazing, homely, lovely and did all I wanted

Pros: It isn’t a hotel. But was perfect for my needs. It’s self-catered with lovely amenities, basic but perfect considering the price and my own price constraints. It’s central and is such an amazing location. Honestly comfortable and felt like home. Wish I could have stayed longer but hoping to stay here again! I also want to add the host was awesome. Available at all hours though I didn’t need nor want not message at all hours. But they were available and there if needed. 100% recommend if you want an affordable, central place to stay that isn’t an all-included hotel.

Cons: Nothing really. I mean the smallest thing was running out of bin space in my room, but there was an external bin I didn’t use as I am socially awkward but literally a phenomenal place to stay and most importantly great for the price point. Hope to stay here again and hopefully soon!

Pros: Lovely hosts, very comfortable room, free tea, coffee and snacks, bathroom and shower was nice even though shared.

Cons: The front door requires a bit of finessing and I got locked out for about 5 mins.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Firstly, it's very conveniently located in the city center—the train station

Pros: Walking distance from utrecht central, too bad I only stayed for a night. I forgot something at the accommodation, staffs are super helpful and friendly, the place is very cozy!

Perfect for a city trip

Pros: The host was very kind and helpful. We were allowed to check in a bit earlier, and he even made coffee for us. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is centrally located, perfect for a city trip.

Cons: The parking situation was difficult.

Pros: Perfect rooms to stay in Utrecht. Thanks to kind and welcoming owners, I felt so good while I was there.

Quite good sleep and great location.

Pros: The location was great. 6min walk from Utrecht central station. Also near some grocery stores and restaurants. 10min walk to Nijntje pleintje. It’s located in a residential area so it’s very quiet. You will get a good night sleep. Unless the other guest make a noise. You can make tea/ coffee. They also had a microwave. So with people on a budget who doesn’t want to eat out. It’s nice that you can warm up the grocery store meals. They will keep your luggage before check-in. The staff were very friendly. I really got a good night’s sleep there.

Cons: There wasn’t a sign so I was going in circles looking for the place. Make sure you can call the property if you get lost. I didn’t so… I struggled to open the front door entrance. But luckily I didn’t get back too late and I rang the bell and they came to open and showed me how to open the door. The sink in the toilet was very small so the other guest made a mess with the water on the floor.

Reasonably priced 'home from home' - relaxed host. Would stay there again.

Pros: Friendly host. Short walk to old town and slightly longer walk to main rail station. Very relaxed with great access to kettle/drinks/refrigerator/washing machine Reasonable price. Comfortable and clean.

Cons: Shared bathroom but seemed to have this to myself so it was ok.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Facilities easy accessible and availability of kitchen and appliances is a bonus. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you!
