I cannot wait for my next stay!

Pros: I loved how attentive the staff were and how everyone catered to our needs.

Cons: Can't think of any

Staff incredibly helpful, friendly and professional; hotel stunning, clean and welcoming.

Pros: A beautiful restaurant overlooking the park. We thoroughly enjoyed all the food and with 8 of us staying over 6 days we probably tried all the food on offer at Breakfast. Staff went out of their way to help. Food was fantastic quality and nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: I would give this hotel 10 out of 10 so any niggles are very minor. For me I would have preferred access to the sauna without having to book a private session. Tram stop is closed for updating so that was frustrating and not the fault of the hotel!

Almost #1

Pros: We have travelled a lot and experienced hotels around the world. Pillows Amsterdam is hands-down the best hotel we’ve ever experienced. The linen, the pillows, the mattresses! The staff are amazing and of the highest quality, you can see they are very carefully selected for their skills and are definitely passionate about hospitality. The quality of the bar with the best cocktails ever - worldwide - and restaurants with world-class chefs, the amazing shampoo, and soap tubes, towels, mini bar contents etc. Interior design is fantastic and beautifully curated. Windows and wall panels feel super luxe. Whoever is the brainchild or CEO of this experience is exceptionally talented. But we can’t give it a 10/10. Read why below:

Cons: Our room had beautiful height from floor to ceiling, but the footprint was minuscule. We chose a room 3 “levels” up from the basic room and it was far too small for 2 people over 3 days. There was nowhere to pack clothes as the cupboards are tiny and the suitcase stands completely blocked our movement. The pricing algorithm also led us to paying almost double for the room due to the dance festival or other busy events. For the price we paid, we should have had a larger room. One week later and price was almost half. So, this is the best hotel in terms of quality we have ever experienced. And well done to Pillows from leadership to housekeeping. But guys, the tiny, cramped space was a major disappointment.

Pros: Thanks a lot , especially to an amazing concierge Stephen for helping us with our unusual and important request. Also , really appreciate the reservations team for accommodating our request for an early check in and for a complimentary upgrade as well. Really appreciate all your effort.

Luxury and care provided by wonderful staff.

Pros: The breakfast menu offered a superb choice and everything was delicious including the best cappuccino I have ever tasted! Service was excellent. The design and lay out of the hotel was elegant and the grounds were lovely. What made the stay so enjoyable, however, was the charm and helpfulness of the thoroughly professional friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Beautiful building, extremely attentive and friendly staff and offer to help with anything. We loved the comfort and quality of the rooms (would have liked to have been higher up to have a view of the park) but completely enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to anyone and will hopefully return ourselves sometime!

Cons: Breakfast is very expensive.
