Pros: Easily accessible. Nice and clean and great customer service. Luggage storage which was really handy.

Cons: Nothing to do with the actual place just loud noises from different noises. No tv in the room but that’s it.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood with supermarkets and shops.Bus station outside of the hotel very easy to find. Very nice service from the reception desk.The room was so clean and every day clean towels.

Cons: They don't have electric devices. No fridge for a water and no TV

Pros: Great room with a private bathroom, large windows opened out onto a mini balcony. Fan in room, towels. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Noise from the stairway, walls are not so thin but the door can not proof any sound from other guests who are moving in front of the door.

Um bom hotel

Pros: A localização deste hotel é excelente, muito próxima a estações de trem que facilitam o deslocamento por toda a cidade, além de estar perto de um grande parque e comércio variado. O quarto nos surpreendeu positivamente pelo tamanho: é grande e extremamente espaçoso, mesmo com várias malas abertas. O secador de cabelo é ótimo, potente e não é fixo na parede, o que é um diferencial. Também agradecemos muito o check-in antecipado sem custos e a gentileza da recepção em receber e guardar uma mala nova que a companhia aérea nos enviou mesmo após o check-out.

Cons: Por outro lado, o atendimento inicial foi ruim. A atendente do check-in foi grosseira e ignorou minha dificuldade com o inglês, recusando-se a usar o Google Tradutor nesse dia. Além disso, não há elevador, e tivemos que subir as escadas sozinhas com 4 malas pesadas sem qualquer auxílio. O banheiro não tem box, o que obriga a usar o rodo após cada banho para secar o chão. Sentimos falta de um espelho de corpo inteiro (só havia um pequeno na pia) e de ar-condicionado para melhor ventilação, embora o aquecimento funcione bem. Por fim, não fomos informadas sobre a existência de cozinha compartilhada.

Pros: Estrutura física : quarto e banheiro espaçosos e novo.

Cons: Falta de acessibilidade, e em alguns momentos o aquecedor parecia não funcionar corretamente Não é tão perto das principais atrações turísticas mas o preço faz jus ao que esperávamos.
