Great location, very nice new gym

Pros: Excellent location, new gym was small but with great equipment

Cons: The bar was being renovated and so was closed. Would have been good to have known this when booking

It was amazing.

Pros: Very clean, the staff were amazing and helpful. Easy check in/out

Cons: Couldn’t fault the property only thing is little far from the centre but trams and busses are easily accessible.

Pros: Great location to travel to city centre Train station down the road We were very well welcomed with a vey friendly staff and some gifts left in our room

It was a lovely hotel, central was very close by and the tram was just around the corner. The staff were lovely

Lovely short city break in a great location

Pros: Lovely staff, great location and reasonably sized rooms.

Cons: Restaurant was closed for refurbishment so had to eat out.

Pros: Our stay at Dukes’ Palace Bruges was absolutely amazing. The palace-like atmosphere made the experience truly special, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I will definitely come back on my next visit to Bruges

Pros: 10/10, really nice hotel. the only thing that wasn’t nice was the TV but except for that all good. the bathtub was surprisingly big size:)

Friendly and helpful staff and welcoming, hotel itself was lovely, very clean and comfortable with a delicious breakfas

Pros: On arrival after a day from hell at the airport and our flight being cancelled due to the snow, we were met by a friendly comforting man at midnight and hearing what we had been through upgraded our room. He was the shining light at the end of a horrific day. He changed our mood instantly.

Cons: It was all good, no issues at all.
