Very nice stay despite slightly quirky room

Pros: Excellent facilities, plenty of eating options, very good breakfast, spacious room with very nice shower. Every member of staff was extremely attentive.

Cons: Deluxe room bathroom allows no privacy - there is a sliding glass door to close for the toilet, but you can still see inside from (most of) the room. For very relaxed couples only!

Comfortable business hotel

Pros: Lovely spacious room and facilities. Very good breakfast.

Cons: The room service wasn’t available multiple times when we tried to call. Once I managed to get through on the first night I was curtly informed that room service was not available as the restaurant downstairs (Nest) was busy and full. This is unacceptable for a hotel that seems to offer room service. Also no menus or hotel information booklet was provided in the room.

Front desk staff fantastic. Easy access from main road. Food delicious.

Pros: Dont eat breakfast. I like the restaurant, but it is too dark.

Cons: Not enough tea, regular coffee nor decaf coffee, sugar and milk cups in the room. That was really irritating !! I don't use the machine.

Pros: Cleanness and the space in the room with a beautiful balcony. The restaurants in the hotel are absolutely amazing. The breakfast is just perfect.

Great Find

Pros: Great location for visiting Keukenhof gardens the reason for our visit. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. All staff very friendly & helpful. Chef was great in providing great safe gluten free meals

Cons: Unfortunately the lift broke down frequently. Husband with dodgy knees suffered a bit climbing the stairs.

A stay in April

Pros: - Nice location for a tulip, dune and beach trip. Walking distance to train station. - Bicycle rentals are possible on site through third party. There are fitness centre incl. sauna room, game room, bar& restaurant, vending machine & mini shop. Cosy and convenient. - Luggage can be stored at reception for early arrival. - Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. - Staffs are friendly.

Cons: - Need more toys for small kids in the game room.
