Pleasant stay

Pros: Excellent Staff. The Receptionist helped very much to sort out everything and I had a pleasant night .

Cons: I hope they make some signs outside how to get in and out to the parking and the main street. Thx

A relaxing and enjoyable stay, we would happily come back

Pros: The place was very peaceful and quiet. It was close to everything, even the beach was only 20 minutes away. Overall, we were really satisfied with our stay. Most importantly, it also had free parking.

Cons: Everything was fine — there wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

Pros: The staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable. We were able to park up on arrival and walk into Leiden about 30 mins.

Convenient and friendly - will stay here again

Pros: Room was clean and the bed very comfortable - the shower was good - no complaints at all other than a broken light fitting and a towel rail that were not fixed during our stay.

A lot nicer than expected.

Pros: I think the hotel is down rated. It is simple but clean and not noisy; not right in the downtown but its price is also below that of a downtown hotel. I would stay again. Staff was very helpful.

Great welcoming hotel

Pros: We were able to book at short notice within the area we wanted. Very comfortable. Car parking was great as just outside hotel. Teas and coffees available. The staff were lovely. In particular Darren, what a lovely person, very helpful, caring and also very funny. He was great.

Cons: Safe didn’t work , the red reset button didn’t clear the previous code.

Pros: This time the room did not smel like old socks. Big success !!!

Cons: The recepcionist did not care properly. She Could not find anything about the reservation. Finally was not able to print the invoice!! Mostly she took care of the clients at the small hotel restaurant waiting at the table of the clients who were not decided what to order over 15 minutes. Finally she came with no apology and unpleasant. Happily, the contact with the recepcionist was short. The day after the breakfast was ok.

Good transport connections and comfortable room

Pros: Good location, transport connections and friendly reception staff. Comfortable and quiet room despite being on the ground floor and facing the road.

Cons: Carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly. Only one big towel and 2 small towels were provided for 2 people.
