Pros: Very efficient room service and lovely breakfast, reception staff very helpful

Cons: Bath to shower and no rail, felt it was slightly dangerous

Good stay near train station and city center.

Pros: Good location. Managed to get in after 12.00 when most hotels was closed. Staff was very nice.

Cons: I am not used to continental breakfast. I like pancakes.

Spot On !!

Pros: Town centre... well , just on the edge. Motor bike 🏍 outside on the footpath and I had a room looking out over it !! Second floor. Warm , cosy , quiet , great buffet breakfast !! Chilled out place for 2 x nights. Japanese restaurant downstairs if your hungry !!

Pros: Big room, handy location, nice breakfast, staff nice.

Cons: I didn't like that the lift wasn't available during night hours after 11, so as a disabled person can't go out to smoke. It is because the hotel is over a Chinese restaurant and the lift takes you there where the access to the external door is not separate.

Pros: The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the rail station. The staff were friendly and dealt with our enquiries promptly. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed which was cleaned daily. Hoorn is a lovely town with a pretty Harbour.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was good.
