Hotel de Keizerskroon Hoorn

De Keizerskroon is located in the heart of the historic centre of Hoorn. Set in an old town mansion, it featuresy rooms with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. The rooms have got their own style, with basic furnishings and feature flat-screen TVs. There is also a suite with a private spa bath and seating area. The, by the city of Hoorn, recently acquired museum ship ‘De Halve Maen’ is only 5 minutes away. A beautiful and very pet friendly hotel

Pros: A real pet friendly hotel. We came with 3 dogs and they gave a breakfast for them also:)))) The room was very confortable and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. If you have a pet, here is the perfect place for him. Ah, and you must to walk only 10-15 min and you'll find the sea.

Pros: Lady at the reception was amazing, very friendly and helpful and had an amazing singing voice. Breakfast was lovely, huge selection. We had our 2 small dogs with us and they were very well accommodated, they also got breakfast in the morning.

Pros: good location - not far from the station. comfortable clean room with all necessary facilities including kettle for hot drinks

Cons: check in closes at 21.00 - could have been a problem if there were travel delays

Best breakfast ever!

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect in town. We went to a concert in de Stadsschouwburg and it was really close. The room was perfect, really good beds and a nice warm shower. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years! Lots of different things to choose from!

Cons: There is nothing that we didnt like!

Great spot for an overnight stay whilst bike touring

Pros: I was solo bike touring and booked this place last minute, secure location for bike, breakfast was superb and the honey was served in a clogg 😃, room also great, Hoorn is a very nice place.

Great Hotel with Secure Bike Storage

Pros: We travelled to Hoorn as a group of ten cyclists, check in at the hotel was quick, informative and a lot of fun with a sing-a-long! Secure bike storage was provided and all rooms were spotlessly clean. Good facilities, everything worked well including air conditioning in the room, comfy beds. Rooms were nice and quiet during the night, breakfast was amazing. A lovely hotel, thank you to Elizabeth and her team for a great stay!
