Wonderful stay

Pros: Great location right by the lake, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to Amsterdam. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and made the stay very pleasant.

Very good price to quality balance. Fully recommend.

Pros: Very nice breakfast. Very good bed, hard mattress, good for back. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking place behind the hotel.

Cons: The room was cold in February but the staff provided a heater and it was ok.

Pros: The location is very nice, close to the lake, easy to find and park.

Cons: The heating system was not warming the total room at the same rate (was a bit cold on the bed side) Lightning could be improved via control from the bed, and brighter overhead for the room.

Pros: Very comfortable rooms with bathroom, hairdryer and good heating. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Very nice view from the lobby. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very spacious. The 24 hr desk attention was very important since our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. The breakfast is really great (it's important to arrange for it the day before) and they even have an option of a small breakfast \

Cons: There is no elevator for the second floor, it's a small flight of stairs and the staff helped us (we were carrying big luggage). The lighting in the room was a bit dim. These were small things that didn't cause problems, but it's important to take in consideration.

Good, Value for money

Pros: It was clean and well maintained.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lake view was awesome.

Cons: It is located in a remote corner. One has to walk 2 kilometres to get to public transport. On rainy and snowy days this walk would be very challenging and cumbersome.
