Excellent and exceptional

Pros: The staff went above and beyond. Absolutely amazing and dedicated people. I am handicapped and they were so understanding, kind and accommodating. It was the customer service that made the stay unforgettable. The room was bland, but nice. (I am comparing with Vabali Spa Hotel Hamburg.) The bed was very comfortable. Good coffee. Absolutely amazing breakfast with champagne. The spa had SO many facilities. Lying under the stars in the hot tub outside with the steam lit up from below was incredibly beautiful. But for me, it was the girl with the round silver hoop earrings and blond hair at the reception especially and also all her dedicated colleagues that made the stay excellent and exceptional! Thank you. 🙏

Clean, comfortable and very helpful staff

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful. The location was tucked away but not too far from the city centre.

Cons: I was not aware of €200 euro deposit prior to booking. More information needs to be available before people decide to book

Perfect!

Pros: The room was extremely clean with a big, comfortable bed. The scent in the room was so good, like aromatherapy. There were artisanal teas to settle down in the evening. The shower was huge with really good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All staff I encountered were exceptionally helpful and kind (thank you!). The breakfast choice is vast and very tasty! I highly recommend. I paid around 40eur for an uber to the airport.

Good but quite far away from the centre and Spa not included

Pros: The room and facilities were lovely, especially the spa area, though it was super crowded and busy during the time of our stay (holiday season). The breakfast buffet was good, included sweet and savoury options.

Cons: I found it a bit of a shame that hotel guests have to pay the full price for the wellness + spa. We only went once as a result. As the hotel is quite far away from the centre, we could have simply taken a day trip to the spa at the Wellness + Spa Zuiver hotel and saved ourselves the daily transport costs to get back to the hotel. Overall, this would have been cheaper and probably more convenient. The hotel has a €50 per night deposit policy which I found unfortunate as well.

Pros: great selection of breakfast options both hot & cold. breakfast included fruit, continental, hot pancakes! staff very friendly and great for giving local recommendations. facilities great is you're a tennis player -so many courts! Easy access and hire of bikes from reception

Cons: the spa was naked only on the weekend, coming from the UK this was a very unusual option which we did not wish to explore, shame as we attended for the marathon and this would have been great for recovery

Pros: The spa is amazing. Great breakfast. Great location close to nature.

Cons: It's a bit over priced. The coffee and tea in the room never gets replaced. This has always been a problem when we've visited.

Pros: A perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway — everything was new, clean, and ideal, with fresh white towels and everything you could possibly need inside. We spent two perfect days

Great stay, we will be back

Pros: We had a super nice upgrade to a more comfortable room for only 14 euros. Nice room, great breakfast. Love their spa. Nice and quiet on a Sunday morning as well.

Cons: All was good, but part of the staff wasn’t that friendly and helpfull

Pros: The spa is quite nice, a good reason to stay there. Otherwise, the room was fine too - large and clean, well maintained. Water, coffee and tea in the room. It was quiet at night.

Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Seriously, something should be done about it. The wifi could be faster.
