Loved this place and would stay again

Pros: The location was perfect, out of the way of busy central but close to the train. Staff were so nice and the room was very cool.

Pros: Very Cozy beds. The Shower/Toilet situation is a bit unusual but it's nice though. Great connection to all must see spots in Amsterdam. Very very competent and friendly hosts.

Pros: The curtain between the shower and bed needs to be a non see through curtain for privacy. Adam needs a medal the nicest and most helpful individual.

Pros: I have stayed at loads of citizen M hotels around the world I have always liked these hotels me and my partner stayed here last month we had a great time so decided to come back the following month!

Cons: I was abit disappointed this time with staying the blinds in the window didn’t work only the curtains worked the waterfall shower was blocked up and only like 7 holes wasn’t blocked and it wasn’t the cleanest there was hair all in the shower unit and also in the bathroom I’m gutted to be honest as iv spent loads of money at these hotels I guess i just had a bad room !

Good place to stay if you visit Amsterdam

Pros: Convenient location. Not far from subway metro station. Also very comfortable even in a smaller space

Cons: The placement of the bathroom and the toilet but other then that the room was very clean and comfortable

Modern, clean hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. A thoroughly enjoyable and easy stay.

Pros: Very modern, clean open communal space, with tableware and cutlery to eat your own food, or food from the bar. The rooms are controlled via IPad, so you can customise your experience. Very easy check in / check out system. Hotel staff organised an airport taxi for me on request. I couldn’t fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Would 100% stay here again if I’m in the area.

Cons: Nothing, l liked all aspects of my stay.
