Nice but can be improved

Pros: Easily accessible and nice restaurants around for a bite.

Cons: We called the reception to send up tissue paper because the ones in the bathroom were done and they never brought it. And when we called 2x after that they didn’t pick up the phone. Additionally there’s not too much lights. No overhead light and the rest of the lamps are pretty dull.

Excellent stay

Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. The location was great just a short walk to museumplein and de pijp and also very accessible by tram

Convenient, safe and all that you need.

Pros: Room was good size and bedroom too. And quiet hotel in fab neighbourhood next to the Hilton.

Cons: Bathroom was super cold and no heater. Very small bin with lit in bathroom. One standing lamp in bedroom was not working. Bed was a little on the hard side, could use a soft top.

Great value for money (Breakfast a bit too expensive though)

Pros: Very good deal for the price I paid, 130€ approx for Amsterdam is a great price, Hotel is very comfortable and they look after the detail. I will definitely come back

Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel but the price you pay to park in the street is just crazy expensive. I understand why you guys love coming to Spain...

A lovely stay in a very pleasant area of Amsterdam.

Pros: Comfortable beds and very clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is situated in a lovely residential area.

Cons: We stayed during a cold and snowy few days. The room was cold and I was unable to increase the temperature.

Brilliant stay, great location, cabs into city centre.

Pros: Clean, welcoming, location, just on the outside of Dam central, nice and quiet and can sit outside in the front perfectly

Cons: Nothing I didn’t like, maybe the fact tea and coffee wasn’t complimentary unless in your room, but overall fanatatic stay

Pros: Big room, bed comfy, good matress, very nice and friendly staff.

Cons: Room was really cold and it's not possible to adjust heating. It's not exactly in the heart of Amsterdam, but obviously that's dependant on on where you have to go

A very pleasant stay in a stylish, clean, and comfortable hotel - highly recommended for a short visit to Amsterdam.

Pros: The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was excellent - very convenient for exploring the center of Amsterdam. The hotel’s interior is stylish and modern. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and we really appreciated how they treated us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: What could be improved: the five-star hotel could make a few things more convenient for guests. Check-in was only possible from 4 PM (there was no option to pay for an earlier check-in). The self check-in system requires guests to handle the check-in process entirely themselves, including key activation and payment, which can be a bit complicated or tiring after traveling. During our stay, the restaurant was closed, and there was no in-room dining service. These points didn’t affect our stay much, but addressing them could make the experience even smoother for future guests.
