A fab hotel, warm staff and great for a family city break

Pros: The location was excellent - really easy to get to from the airport and then really easy to get to Vondelpark and the city centre on the tram. The staff were so helpful! Really warm and welcoming when we arrived, and then really generous and accommodating during our stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a kitchenette and bathroom attached. Perfect for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The hotel proved to be excellent value for money. I would stay here again.

Pros: The hotel staff was excellent and very welcoming. Everything is clean and very organized. The tram stop is 1 or 2 minutes from the hotel and it's very easy to get to the city center. There's a coffee machine in the reception area with excellent prices.

Cons: The hotel stairs are typical of the city. So, keep in mind that traveling with a lot of luggage can be inconvenient. Remember: those who travel lighter go further!
