Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam

Very comfortable and welcoming stay.

Pros: Our second visit. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very welcoming

Lovely hotel, great location.

Pros: I asked for a quiet room and that was provided. The hotel is in a lovely location and a few minutes walk from Vondelpark. The staff we met were very helpful and polite. All in all, a great stay.

Cons: I tried to call the hotel from the uk but they couldn’t hear me and put the phone down.

Perfect place to stay in Amsterdam if you want peace and quiet

Pros: Great chain hotel, away from all the hustle and bustle but on the tram line making it very convenient to get into the centre, helpful friendly staff and comfortable room

Pros: Excellent location in the nicest area of the city, rooms are clean, comfortable and modern - the hotel is quiet and relaxing.

Cons: I stay in a lot of hotels all over the world for work, and this is the first time I've had a genuinely faultless experience - I can't wait to return

Pros: Second time in this Hotel, and more to come because my daughter lives at 3 minutes walking distance. First time the room was very narrow with a odd ceiling shape, this time i asked for a corner room and they gave me 256 in the second building (reception) and it was perfect. Normally i do not use breakfast because there excepcional offers in the street which i prefer Good and valuable option for room (not) cleaning during the stay, which i prefer for this short stay (3 nights). Note and ask to the management: I have several hotel club members to colect those points, but unfortunately from Radisson i have only the Club Carlson Red, which i didn't use in your Hotel yet, and i would like to ask if it is still possible you add the points from those 2 stayings \

Cons: Being very honest not much :), except the first stay (end of October) i tried to book a table in the restaurant for 8 people, and the information i have receive in the front desk was diferent from the person in the front desk of the restaurant, because of that i did not pre-booked, and later at dinner time the restaurant manager (a lady) was a bit rude and sarcastic saying to my guests whitout pre-booking is impossible ... could have said the same with empathy and didn t

A much-needed haven of comfort and kindness after a very stressful travel experience.

Pros: We booked this hotel at the last minute after our flight was cancelled due to snow and the disruption at Schiphol, and it was honestly such a relief to arrive here. Although it’s a short taxi ride from the airport, the welcome we received made everything immediately feel calmer and more manageable. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive and helpful, especially given the stressful circumstances we were coming from. Our stay was very short — arriving late at night and leaving early the next morning — but the comfort of the room, the bed and the shower made a huge difference after an exhausting airport experience. They were also kind enough to offer a late checkout option for my daughter (for a small hourly fee) as her flight was later in the day.

Cons: There was a brief moment of confusion about the late checkout in the morning, but it was quickly checked and resolved without any issue.

Pros: I really liked staying at the Park Plaza Vondelpark. The staff was very friendly and the hotel location was perfect, 2 min away from the park. The room was cozy and the hotel vibe was very pleasant and welcoming, we really liked it

Pros: Everything in the room was brilliant. From the pad by the bed to control air con and curtains, to stream casting on the tv to the amazing shower!

Cons: Limited bikes for rent. Can’t hire them for 24hours. Only the whole day or 3 hours

Charm in Amsterdam

Pros: Location,room and restaurant were very good. Enjoyed the Christmas Dinner in Tozi restaurant. Staff were attentive and helpful and were able to accommodate when issues arose. Breakfast foods fresh and varied. Beds very comfortable. The hotel is intimate and in an excellent location. Enjoyed the Italian retro movie playing in Bar area - would have appreciated English subtitles .

Cons: The hotel common spaces were on the chilly side regarding temperature.
