Great time, a little loud.

Pros: Staff were really friendly, the place was comfortable and well cleaned. Location wise its great with a tram stop right beside the hotel.

Cons: My only issue is how thin the walls are and being able to hear everyone come up and down the stairs and hearing everything in the rooms beside me.

A small cosy hotel nearby line 2 direct to city centre

Pros: Location, friendly staff, a bed and shower and coffee maker is all you need,

Cons: The room js very small. Stairs are rather steep. But this Amsterdam so no complaints.

Attractive, friendly hotel in great location. Near everything we wanted. Suited our family.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the number 2 tram which is great for getting in and out. Near the park and other end of Amsterdam for Malen. You could walk into the centre in about 25 mins.

Cons: Nothing - the stairs are steep but you get used to them -probably most Amsterdam houses have stairs like this.

Pros: The staff were friendly, there was a tram stop close by, the bed wasn't 2 single mattresses

Cons: It got abit warm so would of benefited from a fridge for keeping our drinks cold.

Pros: The location is conveniently right next to a tram stop.The staff were extremely helpful, kind and generous. The room was better than I expected with all supplies included, including a heater and fan. The room smelled good and had big windows. Check in and check out were very easy and only took a minute each. Before arrival they sent an email informing me of the narrow steep stairs and asked if I needed to be on a lower floor. The area around the hotel is calm, nice and safe. Also, the staff were kind and generous enough to help me with an unrelated issue that happened to me before my arrival and that was unrelated to the hotel and I'm forever grateful for that! They are very hospitable and I would definitely love to visit again :) Note: the pictures attached were taken on my last day and captured before housekeeping cleaned the room. The bed was made better upon my arrival.

Stairs are not a problem if you're in good shape

Pros: Nice location, fair value for the money. When I read the other reviews, a lot of people were complaining about the stairs, but to be honest they are not a problem at all if you're in good shape.
