Pros: Clean and comfortable, very helpful staff, exactly what I was expecting.

Cons: The WiFi was rather slow. The location was a bit tricky to reach from the tram stop if you’re not used to Amsterdam streets!

Spotless hotel

Pros: Was great location close to tramlines and the beautiful vondelpark. I liked the modern decor and the theme throughout the hotel. Staff were helpful and welcoming. It was spotless. Loved the big blackout curtains and the pillows were comfy.

Cons: I think the tv needs upgrading so can sign in to netflix or something, they do work and have some english channels. The bed was not good... plastic frame that squeeked with every move.

Great value for money, excellent location.

Pros: The room was quite spacious, comfortable bed and didn't have any issues with noise from other rooms or outside the hotel. The coffee shop downstairs had a cheap coffee hour with €2.50 for a coffee between 8am - 9am which was nice, and the staff were very friendly. We were also able to check in half an hour early before 3pm for free without paying the €15 fee. Really excellent location for staying, close enough that you can walk into the centre of Amsterdam (around 30-40 mins) through Vondel park, which was lovely, or a quick 20 minute tram ride from over the road.

Cons: The room felt like it was missing a table and a bin.
