Nice place

Pros: It had a bar fridge, coffee facilities, clean and comfortable beds.

Cons: Steep stairs.

Pros: Staff , location was good , 5 minutes walk to Tram stop

My stay was satisfactory and pleasant from start to finish.

Pros: I had a very pleasant experience during my stay, especially thanks to Lucas at the reception, who kindly surprised me with two vouchers and a deck of cards — a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to the visit. The room and the TV were also great, especially since it rained most of the afternoon. Being able to relax comfortably indoors made all the difference.

Cons: The location of the hotel can be both good or challenging — it really depends on what you're visiting Amsterdam for. In my case, traveling with luggage and an elderly person made things more complicated, especially on rainy days. Getting to train or bus stations wasn't easy, so I had to order a more expensive Uber, as the cheaper options kept getting cancelled. It was a bit of a challenge, and something to keep in mind when planning transportation in the area.

Pros: It was a very handy location for the places we wanted to go to, Customer service was spot on.

Cons: The beds weren't the best but it's what you pay for there was five of us three children and two adults and we got two rooms with two single beds in wasn't sure where the fifth person was going to sleep so we had to get another bed brought into the room.

Pros: Everything was good. Our room was being cleaned every day.

A nice place for a stay

Pros: We had a nice, overall comfortable stay at this hotel. Nothing overly fancy, but it had everything we needed for a short visit. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and smooth.

Good stay!

Pros: The room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. The little terrace of the restaurant was very pleasant to hang out and have a drink with friends. And even if the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, it is well connected.

Cons: The room was a bit tight but for a short stay, it was ok.

Pros: Good location for my needs. Air con was great as it was an especially warm weekend. I was on the 6th floor so nice big open windows were a bonus. Very friendly front desk staff.

Cons: Bathroom design was weird. No place in the shower to put toiletries and the ledge over the sink made it nearly impossible to wash your face without getting water on the floor. The plugs near the bed were actually in the bed so if you happened to move as you sleep, you run the risk of unplugging your device. Breakfast was expensive in comparison to what you got (but maybe it's regular Amsterdam pricing).

Pros: Its small but is very nice room all is ok clean bath and clean room and city organization is very nice and hotel organization is very nice , man's on recepctions 👌👍🫡, market/shop on 15/20 min walk,, tramp /bus station( number 1,17) is 10 min walk its ok taxi station on 3 min walk ( city taxi or bold taxi ) Many many beautiful nice houses and park/ bridge's / chanal's for boathing and many attractions in the beutiful city ... cheepest taxi is green Bold taxi its ok price!!! ( download aplicatiom in google play store aplication Bold taxi and registration for many citu in eu ) the night is 11:20 pm for me its for me it's an unusual occurrence, but ok in my city in the 9 p.m. o'clock is night in the summer ps: The weather is changeable. From 15/30 with rain ps; in room air conditioning is very good hot or cool !!!!

Cons: Im not have balcon and mini kitchen and microwawe but its ok for 7 nights and only 1 ( half/half) window in the room and city taxi price is very up but is ok amsterdam is amsterdam .....but ok l am mix tramp & bold taxi is ok

Pleasant hotel, great value for money, nice staff

Pros: This is a nice, easygoing hotel, absolutely good value for money, clean and comfortable room of good size. Very nice a bit soft, beds. And what is great, the windows can be opened. Pleasant employees at reception and the bar. Next to a tramstop, and one tramstop from railway station.

Cons: There is one thing which is troublesome to me, a big boy. The bathroom is tiny, with a very small and uncomfortable wash basin, difficult to use because of overhanging toiletries board above it. The shower cubicle, although pleasantly truly waterproof, is also small, so it is dancing at a few square centimetres. In the shower cubicle, there is no place to put any toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, or razor. Waterpressure is unfortunately also too low. Showering is, therefore, rather inefficient and takes too much time.
