Very good for the price.

Pros: The building and furniture looks quite new, the towels and bedding are fresh. There is a small shop with snacks and drinks in the foye which is handy; Friendly staff; located in a very quiet area with a wide range of restaurants nearby. Tram stop beside the hotel - 20-30 mins to commute to city center.

Cons: There is a weird noise in the room, perhaps ventilation system, could be a bit annoying.

Pros: The staff were lovely very helpful the rooms were small but comfortable

Cons: It was a bit out of the way . The towels in room were small and no tea & coffee in the rooms and could do with extra pillows

Friendly, accommodating staff, highly reccommend

Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and really put us at ease during what was an incredibly stressful situation for us after being stranded in Amsterdam the only certainty we had was our accommodation and the staff were so helpful and understanding.

Comfortable beds and easy location by tram

Pros: Thomas supervisor was great help with late check in as we were stuck at the airport for long time

Cons: Wish there was kettle in the room to make tea

Friendly, kind and compassionate unlike KLM airlines ;)

Pros: The staff are lovely and friendly, we are stuck here due to weather and we have to keep extending the hotel as we don’t know when we can get back home. The staff have been understanding and super helpful.
