Lovely staff did the job

Pros: Late flight cancelled and they stayed open to let us in. Gave us a free beer and wine because we’d had a rotten day.

Cons: Basic spot steep stairs to get to the room (same as everywhere in Amsterdam).

Pros: The rest, I'm super happy with. The room itself is amazing as the hotel and location.

Cons: Towels in the room were obviously dirty, with stains. Glasses I asked for wine were also not clean.

Pros: Great value for money (shared bathroom) esp for solo traveller, spacious room, great food (n great atmosphere) downstairs at the resto. Handy location with bus stops nearby to Amstelveen the huge shopping mall.

Cons: Can get noisy till late from resto bar downsttairs, but cheerful mood is contagious 😁..., Narrow stairs can be a challenge with luggages.

Cons: The toilets on the floor I stayed were particularly old and unclean. I think this is so because the Hotel is also a pub, and therefore Hotel guests share the toilets with the Pub guests.

Pros: This is the second time I have stayed and this time was better . The first time I stayed the sheets felt a bit plastic feeling they weren't this time and the beds felt fresh and comfortable and had a great stay and sleep.

Pros: Great location, we were watching an event on the Bosbaan, but also travelled to downtown Amsterdam which was very easy. Good breakfast, pleasant area to be in. Small but comfortable rooms.

Cons: Ensuite facilities fine, but quite basic.

Pros: Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, wifi worked fine, nice quiet location, possibility to have breakfast. Very good price to amenities ratio The fact that supermarket Lidl is across the street was very convenient.

Cons: I liked everything. If you make a reservation in this hotel have in mind that, in order to go to the centre of Amsterdam, a vehicle is needed. You cannot go on foot. With the bicycle it took me a nice 30 minutes ride.

Just as advertised and good value price wise

Easy bus connections to Schiphol and Amsterdam and a friendly climate.

Pros: Good personal contacts with the two managers. They are working hard to upgrade their hotel one step at a time which is OK with me. When I travel I like to think that what I pay is going to support local people rather than a faceless international brand.

Pros: The staff was very nice the bed was very comfortable
