Best place in schiphol

Pros: good location, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms.

Cons: The free airport shuttle was provided, but it was not on time.

Cons: The shuttle bus can get full very fast. Noise from other in-house guests dogs

Comfy and stylish room

Pros: I stayed here for one night. It was very comfortable and nice. A bit far from the airport but a shuttle can take you there in 10-15 mins.

Cons: In room dining charge is €9.50 which is very expensive. Also not much variety of food and expensive. The shuttle runs every 30 mins

Overall, I like it

Pros: The hotel is super clean and located quite close to the city, breakfast is okay, but a bit pricey.

Cons: Upon arrival, there was only one desk for checking open, so only one person was registering arriving guests, and there was a line of six people. For some reason, the application that they refer to in messages when you make a room reservation simply doesn't work for online check-in/check-out. What's also unfortunate is that they basically do not answer to your messages on the Booking.com app.

For a cheaper option than a on site hotel I would recommend staying here

Pros: Booked last minute after our flight had been cancelled due to strikes in Italy. Easy to use the free shuttle service to get there and back. Check in staff were lovely and friendly.

No fresh orange juice for a € 26 breakfast

Pros: Very warm welcome by the receptionist when we checked in after midnight. The bathrobe and slippers, incredible bathroom, spacious room with big windows, and spectacular view with sheeps in the grass and the airport make you feel happy and thankfull after a long trip.

Cons: The reservation was for 2 rooms for 1 night, breakfast included. At check out the hotel wanted to charge us for 1 room and breakfast. After showing a copy of the booking, and the price paid for two rooms, they [reluctantly] rechecked in their computer system and apologized afterwards. A 4 star hotel serving a processed orange/ apple juice full of sugar, instead of fresh orange juice, no capers and miniscule pieces of lemon with the salmon, was really disappointing.

Very good airport hotel option with large comfortable rooms and airport shuttle.

Pros: The airport shuttle is very convenient and the hotel is only a 7 min trip to/from the airport. (Please note that the shuttle does not run between 10.30 and 11.45 am, and between 7.30 and 8.45 pm). The room is very comfortable and spacious and so is the bathroom. There is a restaurant on site which is also very convenient. There are many good options on offer for breakfast.

Cons: The fire alarm went off at 1 am on my first night there which made me jump out of bed and get ready to evacuate, but apparently there was no fire. I guess this was a good outcome and it is not the hotel's fault that the alarm went off, but the personnel should have been proactive in communicating with guests and offering an explanation and apology. There was no communication whatsoever.
