Friendly staff, great environment. I will be back

Pros: Your staff are really friendly open and honest. Rooms are beautiful and it’s a great area , very quiet and peaceful and close to the centre

Cons: I didn’t know the Vogel park was closed. I would have like information when I booked the park was closed, to help me make plans

Excellent stay.

Pros: Great location for what I required. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is very good as is service. Rooms are large with comfy bed and good facilities.

Pros: Nice room with large bathroom. Quiet location. Pleasant staff.

Cons: Lack of information at check in. We were not told a pass was required to exit the car park and had to return to reception when we could not exit. Not information was provided regarding WiFi at check in, none available in the room. Poor housekeeping meant that the room was not cleaned after the first night and the cups and tea bags were not replaced . Cups were replaced ofter the second night, but no new tea bags.

Pros: It worked realy well for Us as a couple , And visiting Family in Alphen as it was lovely weather We enjoyed our walks and make a few visit ,s in and out the off the zoo as there where place to sit and watching the Animals. The staff where very helpfull and kind. The breakfast was great and very relaxing You could sit inside or outside and enjoy a lovely cup off coffee. Also visited a church service Sunday not to far from the hotel . So overal a great experience in our stay in Alphen aan den rijn.
