The hotel itself was very good.

Pros: The location was not Alphen aan de Rijn as advertised. It was in Boskoop, nowhere near the train station. The buses were not running . We had to walk 2.5 kilometres from the train station in Boskoop including a detour due to road works. By the time we arrived the restaurant was closing.

Cons: You could have given accurate instructions as to how to get to the hotel.

Nice experience

Pros: Good location just in 30 minutes driving to Rotterdam and Hague. Very pleasant personnel speaking so many languages! Clean and tidy rooms. Free parking was perfect.

Cons: The furniture is quite old but in adequate condition. Just 3 towels for 4 people.

Pros: The bad was very comfortable and wide, pillows were excellent, stuff was friendly and helpful. Towels were changed every day. Good size wardrobe.

Cons: The walls are thin and we could hear all the noise from neighbours, the bathroom had black mold spots.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Will book again if we will be in that area.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and they also had foreseen pillows of different hardness which was very thoughtful. The room was perfectly clean, bathroom with a bath tab :). Also an option to use separate entrance/exit from the restaurant was just great because you didn't need to go through busy and noisy area of the reception.

Cons: When we came to the reception it was very busy and loud because of the restaurant and we were afraid that it will be also very noisy in the room. But we couldn't hear a thing in the room.

Wonderful family time

Pros: Great place overall. We received a warm welcome after arrival. Personel was very kind. Room was clean and tidy. We loved the fact that there was big all-you-can-eat restaurant downstairs and the place where children could play. Perfect place to rest.
