Convenient, clean, comfortable.

Pros: Large room, excellent choice of food at breakfast, convenient to car park.

Cons: One of the reception staff was rather brusque - we booked breakfast on our arrival and then next morning were told we hadn’t. We pointed out that we had and the receptionist’s comment was ‘ Oh, right’ - no apology. Beds were comfortable but the mattresses kept slipping off the bed base.

Pros: Very spacious room, every day cleaning, good minibar, calm, good breakfast, good access, good public parking.

Pleasant stay in a simple, comfortable, unpretentious hotel. I really liked this experience.

Pros: The hotel rooms are big and the beds comfortable. It is quite a big hotel, with a simple, non-fussy atmosphere. I liked the spaciousness of the communal areas too.

Cons: When there was a rush at the front desk, the staff had quite a lot to do. They were very friendly and helpful, but it did sometimes mean waiting for things like checking in and checking out.

Pros: Excellent location, excellent breakfast, hotel extremely clean, no wastage, staff super friendly, always smiling, kind and helpful, use of electric bikes excellent.

Cons: The single bed mattresses had a tendency to slide off the bed in the night.

Welll located comfortable hotel.

Pros: Good comfortable room. One of inly few we stayed in in the Netherlands with a fridge in the room. Short walk to cheese market and city crntre

Cons: Shower wasn’t behind a closed door as a group this meant we had to make sure we weren’t moving around as others showered.

Great location, beautiful rooms and view.

Pros: Great location for a short walk into the main part of town, with a convenient parking option next door. Our two year old loved the view - watching the boats up and down the canals and the bridges moving. Beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely breakfast

Cons: Our room wasn’t super clean, like maybe they’d cleaned in a hurry and not quite paid attention to detail (for example - there were streaks of hair on the floor, likely left by the mop)

Pros: Great location in the city centre and convient parking in the building. The bed is very comfortable and the room very big and spacious.

Cons: For being a 4 star hotel I was expecting a more modern room ans bathroom. The acces to the bathtub was not very easy. Also the room was quite dusty. Not the standard of a 4 star hotel
