Cons: i went to the restaurant and waited 30 minutes for someone to take my order plus 1h30 to eat an hamburguer. the service wasnt great. but it was very beautiful and when the server actually came to the table was super nice.

Pros: I think this is possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and will be back for sure. This is now my go to Amsterdam hotel. The reasturant is great, rooms are spacious and clean, the spa is fantastic, all the staff are amazing and friendly.

Pros: Superior breakfast. Really nice and professional staff. Ability to get with dog to the breakfast area / eat at lobby if 3 corner tables were taken.

Cons: Often outside of the hotel (parking space, underground parking) there was terrible smell at different times of the day / night. Dog fee is really high and the 100euro deposit is nowhere mentioned on booking.

Short and fabulous stay

Pros: The breakfast was very complete. The room spacious and with both the rain shower and hydro massage bath were amazing. All very clean and neat. Very well isolated, and the amenities in the room are a plus!

Great family stay – good value for money!

Pros: Great family stay – good value for money! We stayed as a family of four and had a really pleasant experience overall. The hotel offered good value for money compared to other places we’ve stayed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast was definitely a highlight – lots of options and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The pool area and fitness were nice and clean. The spa was a lovely bonus – relaxing atmosphere, and the facilities were modern. It wasn’t a full luxury spa experience, but still a great way to unwind after a day out. The only downside was the bathroom setup. There was no bidet in the main bathroom, and while there was a separate toilet with a bidet, it didn’t have a sink, which was a bit inconvenient. All in all, we were happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a 9 or 10.

Pros: Hotel was excellent. Rooms really good standard and very clean. We were licky to have a room at the back of the hotel facing the Twiskje which made it even better. Air conditioning in the room was great and easy to regulate. Used the Sauna, steam room and pool in the fitness centre which is on the top floor which was excellent. We ate at the restaurant on one evening and had lunch at the bistro/cafe. The food was really good standard, decent portions and value for money. Staff excellent. Very helpful. The hotel also has a shuttle service which you take to the north ferry terminal where you can easily get to the Centraal station side. Enjoyed a very relaxing few days.
