Pros: The room was comfortable, modern, and clean, good-sized

Cons: The location is not the best you are not near anywhere of interest. It is in a industry area. I was spending a 3 to 4 on the bus travelling everywhere of interest and them back to the hotel. That is why i left the hotel early and moved into a new hotel in Haarlem. Also there is no restaurant near by

Comfortable and suitable for the price

Pros: My stay at the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly, the services were good, and the bed was comfortable. I recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Cons: There was a shortage of towels in the bathroom, and shampoo should also be provided as it was not sufficient.

Good location, helpful staff and value for money

Pros: The hotel was easily accessible for me as a foreigner. I had easy access to buses. The staff were particularly helpful, they allowed me make tea and coffee from the breakfast area at no extra cost. They also assisted with European style adaptors to enable me charge my gadgets.

Cons: There was no hot water kettle in the room. The hotel needs to make this basic facility available.

Nice and clean, room serviced everyday with clean towels, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Staff were fabulous, breakfast was great, and very comfortable bed.

Cons: Location was a bit out of the way.

Peaceful, calm and relaxing

Pros: Everything was amazing. The environment is clean, comfortable, peaceful and beautiful. If you wish to relax and be at peace, it’s a perfect place to stay, even if the hotel is next to a busy road leading towards Amsterdam. You have a restaurant to eat breakfast and dinner, so you absolutely do not have to go out if you do not wish. With public transport you can easily go both directions to Zaandam centre and Amsterdam.

Cons: Nothing specific. Everything met my expectations.
