Zaan Hotel Amsterdam - Zaandam

Jinx time!

Pros: Such a brilliant location, few mins walk away from Zaadaam train station. Supermarket opposite and variety of shops/eateries nearby. The hotel reception staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, great size, modern bathroom and super comfy bed, we had great night sleeps. Would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Amsterdam as only 12 mins away by train from the centre (6 euros return) and nice chilled place to relax after busy day exploring.

Cons: Nothing it was superb

Pros: The location of this hotel is perfect! We have stayed in zaandam before. Public transport, trains, are super easy and 2 stops your in amsterdam central and I think the longest we waited for a train the whole week was 5 minutes. Super market over the road from the hotel for some mid night munch. Zandaam has some lovely shops, huge primark! The room was perfect size for 2, Clean and the beds are super comfy. Its not very often I boost up the thermostat in a hotel room, and it works. We went in feb so the weather was quite cold, when we returned freezing this was great.

Cons: Luckily I checked my emails before I left and had a charge on my card from the hotel, when questioned it was for 2 drinks purchased at the bar and charged to my room. This was a mistake The staff rectified it and refunded me the money promptly.

Pros: Very good spot ,Near to the centre of zandaam Near to the supermarket Near to the train station and bus stop

Good location, nice people, nothing to complain about - except the Dutch weather.

Pros: Friendly staff, big room, good food, nice atmosphere.

Pros: Although it is not in the center but the location was very good surrounded by the needed shops for most of the important brands and just in front of the train station. Rooms are very clean and spacious

Pros: The room is huge and the bathroom. There is a coffee machine.

Very pleased with our stay, such a clean hotel with friendly staff. Definitely stay again

Pros: Clean, staff were friendly, was able to communicate to staff In English. Rang us to ask if we want our room cleaned. Walking distance to shops and train station

Pros: I stay here pretty much everytime I go to Amsterdam and the staff are always amazing , I got to check in early which was really nice aswell amazing bathroom size rooms are really spacious can’t wait to be back:)
