A place to go back to as a one night visit isn’t enough

Cons: Reception staff were not aware I was disabled, and did not understad that if I had asked for a disabled parking bay, to not then offer me a room on the third floor, this compounded by the lift broken on that day, eventuall secured a room on the ground floor, 5 to 5.30 AM contractors using the hotel going off to work, and sitting there with engine and lights on disturbing our sleep directly outside! Night manager ineffective in dealing with issue! Took the restauarant manager to resolve situation, to our satisfaction thank you

Great short stay with family.

Pros: Really nice quiet hotel. Rooms have lots of space and comfortable beds. Really good hotel for this reasonable price.

Value for money, clean, friendly hotel close to centre of village and nature

Pros: Good parking facility on the hotel property (free), quick and friendly check-in, spacious room, very quiet, warm during the cold autumn weather), clean bathroom with a shower over the bath. A lovely walk to the centre of the village for shopping and eating. A good breakfast.

Cons: An upgrade of the bathroom shower i.e. not over the bath, but a separate walk in shower.

Lovely hotel in quiet surburban village.

Pros: The hotel is situated in a little village, the area is quiet and charming. We checked in late after work and nothing was a problem plus ample parking facilities for our vehicle. The hotel interior is slightly dated but comfortable. It’s worth walking into the village and getting coffee and pastries from the local artisan cafe.

Cons: No tea or coffee facilities in the room. I did ask for a coffee at breakfast but it was from a machine and didn’t taste great. I was also woken early in the morning by noise of delivery van seem to take a long time and was quite noisy.

Good value for money

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located, good access from the highway. Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants. The hotel also has a good restaurant and rooms are spacious.

Pros: Great welcome, ,lovely reception staff - very helpful. Also in restaurant area outside where many guests were sitting until late

Great visit!

Pros: Very pleasant and warming hotel just outside of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Very clean and comfy room, beds were great and good circulation of air within the room. The whole facility was extraordinary.

Cons: Breakfast was being told to start at 08:00. We had to leave about 07:45 so they told us that we can’t have breakfast there, and of course we did not have to pay for that, but there was a whole buss of people eating breakfast as early as 07:00 when we were about to check out. I asked them if they could have made an exception for us, we had traveled a long way and was about to do the same the morning in question. The morning staff told us that - yeah, that exception could have been made, IF the night personal would have listed us. So, yeah that was the only downside of the whole experience, other than that, great visit.
