A lot better than I expected

Pros: Big room , wide beds , clean ,nice room environment . Bar is poor . The disrespect “Jägermeister “by pouring it into the wrong glass! Аnd it should be served ice cold !

Very very friendly and accommodating staff

Pros: Modern facilities although had to change room as 320 by the lift was too noisy with heavy door just before the lifts

Cons: Heavy door by the lift - very noisy if your room is at the beginning. Also no coffee at breakfast because of water issues….. no alternative offered.

Nice new functional hotel outside of the city

Pros: Very clean and new. Free parking. Easy access by road and then public transport nearby to visit the town.

Cons: Everything was fine, maybe just a bit weird feeling to see a relatively big hotel so empty, no guests or even sometimes no employees in the reception.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Fresh omelette cooked on demand. Beds were very comfy. Staff always greeted us with a genuine smile. Night staff handled a large influx of cancelled train passengers efficiently and with empathy for the situation.

Cons: A little further from the station than some other hotels.

All employees were professional and friendly. Disappointed with the quality of the bedding.

Pros: Very good breakfast, the young lady who made our omelets was wonderful. The checkin was quick and pleasant. Room: great shower, well supplied, very clean

Cons: The only issue was the bedding: - soft, sagging mattresses and the filling in the pillows is lumpy. For the price I paid for the room, I expected better quality.
