Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The place is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The views are absolutely amazing, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for the quality of service and overall experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

My stay was wonderful, with a beautiful view, very modern rooms, super friendly staff and easy-to-access public transpor

Pros: The property is calm, well located compared to public transport, well constructed, with a beautiful view and very friendly staff. I had a great stay!

Cons: The food at the restaurant isn’t the best in my opinion for the prices they charge. Instead of burger and fries, we got burger and crisps from the bag, while paying the same price. And the pizza seemed to be from the supermarket, yet its cost was 14-15 EUR.

We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean, the mattress and pillows were all exceptionally comfortable and the shower was powerful and warm.

Cons: Nothing. It was a little bit out of the city centre, but Uber and local taxis, while quite expensive removed a lot of the hassle.

Pros: Breakfast was full of good options and delicious while the outside view from the dining hall added to the taste. Location is great, bit away the center but harbor view has compensated.

Cons: There was no intercom in the room that turned me disconnected with front desk that was annoying...

Pros: Lovely hotel and breakfast, good location easy 10 minutes bus to main centre, nice and polite staff

Very comfortable, lovely staff, stylish rooms

Pros: Large, very comfortable, spotlessly clean room. Lovely shower. Staff were fantastic - very welcoming and helpful. Convenient parking underneath the hotel (€25 per day). Easy to get into the city centre or museum quarter via bus or tram about 10 mins walk away. V nice location next to the water and marina. Supermarket a 5 min walk away for any bits you need.

Cons: Very minor niggles were just that the bedside lights, which look lovely, were a little hard to figure out. The switches weren't obvious. They also didn't give much light so the bed end of the room was a little dark. It would be good to have a better ceiling light at that end of the room and a net or voile on the window to give privacy without having to close the curtain. It would also be nice to have a mirror near the window for putting on makeup. They were only minor points, though. This is a really lovely hotel.
