Definitely stay again

Pros: Clean , friendly staff that can’t do enough for you . Wellness centre was beautiful and even the sky bar for the views .

Splendid decor

Pros: Splendid hotel, one of the most beautifully decorated hotels I've ever seen so far. I instantly fell in love with its greenery and wood the moment I saw its pictures on Booking. The room was big, nicely styled, with a small fridge and all amenities required. The breakfast was amazing, with various options to choose from. Also the dinner was spectacular, along with the staff serving. I've also enjoyed their pool and the bike renting. It is a lovely hotel overall. They have an elevator that takes you directly to spa, make sure to find it. Would love to come back.

Cons: The below listed are all mentioned in the hope that this gorgeous hotel will not become overrated. Staff at the Reception could be more heart welcoming and warm. From what I noticed, they were a bit rigid. I paid a non refundable room and by some mistake, the hotel tried to charge me twice. I contacted them and things sorted out, eventually. At the check in you are instantly requested to pay a deposit fund, amounting 100 euro. This is the hotel policy, no problem with that, yet please make sure to inform the customer, prior to checking in, or even when booking, about any coming mandatory additional fees that need to be paid, regardless the amount of money. My bike rentals fees were deducted from this found. The rest of the money were reversed to my account at the check out. It would be great for their bikes to have a basket, to place the jacket or whatever. Not all staff mention about the phone holder, make sure to ask for it, as they do have it and it is really useful, as a tourist. No password for the Wifi, however on my tablet it did not connect at all. One of my towels in the room and the bathrobe were stained, maybe worth paying more attention to these details. They were clean, yet stains were visible.

Pros: Staff were all amazing, the extra help via WhatsApp to check in and check out was fabulous. The breakfast was superb!

Great facilities and amazing food

Pros: We had a fantastic getaway at this hotel. We dined at the on-site restaurant, where the food was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful.

Cons: We stayed in a suite and, given the price, expected a bit more. The view wasn’t quite what we anticipated, and we were surprised that no small complimentary amenities were offered.

Pros: Great facilities and a very comfy bed. Fantastic breakfast.

Pros: Amazing staff, amazing property, design is unique and would definitely return when I come back to Amsterdam

Cons: The room wasn’t cleaned, there was minimal mess during the stay anyway but no new towels was the only down side

Fantastic

Pros: The hotel is amazing. Friendly staff, fantastic restaurant and breakfast, great rooms and all-round a great place to stay. I have stayed here three times now and each time has been incredible. It's a nice place to be.

Cons: Quite noisy when on a low floor. Doors slam quite hard and it can be very loud and jarring, especially at night. Location is a 15-20 minute walk from the main centre of Amsterdam which isn't necessarily a bad thing but just be aware of.

Beautiful indoor tropical forest hotel with fantastic views from all spaces.

Pros: The bedroom is beautiful and comfortable, through the sofa should face the water which is the beautiful view. Restaurant offers very tasty Indonesian food.

Cons: The bathroom is a disaster. The bath is a small square modern design, which you cannot lie down in, while the tap (faucet) pours cold or hot water all over you and the plug in the centre will suddenly open and let the water out. Design, not function. No ledge for toiletries.

Pros: The hotel was clean and beautifully designed, and I loved the jungle-inspired vibe. The staff were kind, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, especially the eggs. I also loved the detail of having both a shower and a bathtub in the room, which gave nice flexibility depending on the mood.

Cons: The paper parking card provided did not work, and I had to contact staff through the intercom each time to enter or exit the garage. Although electric car charging was available, the staff never informed us that charging required an additional fee, despite already paying €40 per day for parking. We were only informed on the last day that we had outstanding charges due to charging the car.

Exceptional

Pros: Exceptional hotel, professional staff, superb facilities, good food. Easy communication to the City Centre. There is a bus stop bus 🚎 opposite the hotel and a tram 🚋 5 minutes walk from the hotel (which we prefer). The city Centre Amsterdam Centraal is literally 5 minutes away by bus tram. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return 👍

Cons: Unfortunately people are smoking 🚬 on the balcony and all the smoke was coming in our room.
