I will never have a nicer Anniversary/Xmas Eve experience in my life (though I will try to top it).

Pros: I know this doesn't help you improve but I was happy with everything. The hotel by itself is so lovely and the staff went above and beyond for our anniversary occasion when I was merely expecting a simple bottle of bubbly or something.

Cons: Everything was amazing.

Pros: The hotel was excellent, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location, easy connectivity, friendly staff, and spacious rooms by Amsterdamn standards. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was great, and everyone at the reception made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.

An excellent stay with top-notch amenities and great service. Highly recommended! 🌟

Pros: we had a wonderful experience — the rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for a good workout while traveling. I also really enjoyed the relaxing spa facilities — a great way to unwind after a busy day/night out.

Cons: Breakfast was expensive for what we got.
