Enjoyed our stay despite a few little issues

Pros: Fantastic location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be. Clean room, friendly staff and stored our bags for us before our late flight, would stay again.

Cons: Bedroom was noisy, can hear people talking and pipes/plumbing during the night and was a dripping noise behind the bed whenever it rained. Bathroom had an unpleasant smell(drains). Honestly not enough to spoil our stay still enjoyed.

Pros: room was a nice size, view was terrible, was clean, bed was a little uncomfortable , wi-fi was ok . great to reach from the central station, couple of minutes walk to the centre, would stay here again

Pros: Staff were so helpful and friendly always chatty. The location was perfect few mins walk from train station shops bars everything really

The service was excellent

Pros: I had booked 2 nights for the Christmas days at this hotel for my parents. Upon arrival in the evening, we felt like the heater in the room was broken since it was very cold. We mentioned this at the check in desk, and the employee provided them with 4-5 blankets. Since it was already quite late in the evening and on Christmas Day, the elektricien couldn’t come. The next morning, the employee provided them with a portable heater and some more blankets. So now the room was able to get warm. During check out, the employee said they will also refund 25% of the first night. Overall, the service he provided was excellent and would totally recommend this hotel!
