Pros: I really appreciate the Manager and staff care the customer and very clear message in order to late check in..

Cons: Wash room is smaller then normal. But still you can do it.

Pros: Clise to the train station and very central. Overall we were happy with the hotel.

Cons: Room was a bit warm even with the heating off. Couldn't leave the window open due to the sound of city life. We enjoyed our stay though.

Pros: Property is very close to major attractions and near Amsterdam Centraal station. Staff very friendly and courteous

Cons: No lifts in the property, although staff was very helpful with our luggage.

Great location and great experience. Basic room and shared bathroom.

Pros: Great location and room and shared bathroom were clean. Staff were incredibly welcoming.

Cons: We were in room at top of hotel and the stairs were very steep and difficult to use especially to get to the shared bathroom downstairs. Room was also small.

Above expectations

Pros: Excellent location, in the city centre, with a view on the canal. Easy access even after the main entrance is closed. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. When we had an issue with the water, they fixed it in 5 min, and also sent an apologies message. Nice cat in the lobby, plus free coffee and tee. Warmly recommend it. Btw, mind the narrow stairs.

Cons: Can be a bit noizy due to the loud youth walking under the windows. And due to the seagulls. But come on, you are in Amsterdam, enjoy the city as the locals do! :)
