Facade Hotel Amsterdam

Pros: Receptionist was really helpful and catered to my kids needs hotel was very reasonable clean

I had a superb stay and would definitely stay in the same hotel again.

Pros: The location was superb, the facilities were comfortable and clean and the staff were super friendly.

Cons: It was close to all the important locations and landmarks.

Hotel was perfect and made our trip even better.

Pros: Amazing location, right in font of the canal and everything you need is within walking distance. We were a group of 6 and the room was perfect, clean, good size and we had a great view. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Tommy.

Friendly staff and great value for money!

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times - we had a great laugh with them when coming home in the evenings and checking out. Rooms aren't luxurious but great value for money: comfortable beds, spacious room considering it slept 6 people and modern bathroom. The hotel is right in the heart of the tourist area.

Cons: Not a dislike but don't expect facilities like a breakfast area.

Pros: A small and very cozy hotel, typical for Amsterdam. The rooms are very warm and comfortable, and it is located close to the Red Light District, literally just a few steps away. There are also restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to the manager, Tami. I highly recommend this hotel. If I visit Amsterdam again, I will definitely stay there.

Great!

Pros: Location was great, 7 mins from train station, easy walk to everything Beds comfy, friendly staff. Rooms cleaned everyday, which I didn’t expect. Great view of the canel.

Cons: Maybe tea and coffee in the rooms, even at extra costs. Nosy outside, but it was central Amsterdam.

Pros: Location is perfect. Close to station and right in centre. 24hour reception service. Fresh towels and housekeeping daily. Each room has a safe. Had no problem during our stay and even extended by one day.

Cons: Bathroom is very small. Would get wet after every shower, we had to lay down a new towel everyday.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Pros: just recently stayed in this hotel with some friends, and i have to say, it was absolutely amazing. the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially one particular staff member, who not only assisted us with everything we needed. but also carried our bags up into our room which was quite high up. unfortunately i cannot remember his name. but he was soo so king and so helpful. he even gave us a map and showed us all the different locations that were popular to visit and even helped us understand our area.
