Fabulous place,we will recommend to friends and family

Pros: Very convenient location, lovely beds and spacious rooms.Helpful staff and lovely vibe

Cons: When in bed I had to watch my hubby sit on the toilet because the mirror is in the wrong place and was reflecting, no privacy through the frosted glass door,You can see everything.

Pros: It's very central to the heart of the city. We got upgraded and had excellent views of the city . Ethan and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

Cons: There wasn't anything really. The room could be a little cold but it was comfy.

Pros: Location is perfect, literally 10mins walk in any direction, you've got everything you could need- cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, museums etc The hotel is small but perfectly formed. We had a small double with a private roof terrace that overlooked the church next door- it was brilliant! Staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly, chatty and knowledgeable

Cons: Lighting in the room could have been better, there was no light on the terrace but we made use of our phone lights.

Pros: Staff were very welcoming. The location is great and the room was spacious and clean

Cons: The bed was a bit too firm for me but that is a preference thing. It was still comfortable

Go value, kind staff and family friendly

Pros: Staff were excellent and welcoming. They even helped trouble shoot our trip when there were disruptions. Rooms were ready on time and overall clean.

Cons: The sound insulation between rooms could have been better but overall good and to be expected in old city center housing.
