Quentin Arrive Hotel

Outstanding.

Pros: Beautiful lobby, a brilliant guy at the reception - he was super warm. The location, and all the coffee I was served while I was at the lobby waiting for my check in time. Given an early check-in when it was possible. The hotel's nothing beyond the usual - infra wise - at Amsterdam but there surely was something different about this place. Loved it. And the music that was played at the lobby was amazing too - every single time I was out there.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Love my stay at this hotel

Pros: Exc room, beds were very comfy and in general everything was perfect

Cons: I like all maybe I would prefer to have an elevator and a bigger shower but nothing that is terrible.

Nice hotel in the center of Amsterdam. Much better than I expected based on reviews and stars.

Pros: We booked this hotel last moment and it was the cheapest we could find in the center of Amsterdam. Based on the reviews and the stars I was expecting something bad but instead I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Right in the center, very friendly and kind staff, descent rooms and clean. We stayed for one night and were very pleased.

Cons: The rooms don't have good insulation and the doors are very heavy, as a result, if someone from another room exited their room the doors would slam and we would wake up. There was a small black smudge on one of the covers but not something indicating that the hotel is actually dirty.

Meets the expectations but noisy

Pros: It's a perfect position, very close to central station and with all the services within short walking range. Despite several negative reviews I saw, the room was clean and not so different from the pictures (which for sure are from when everything was new). Very friendly staff. It was a fair from a quality/price prospective.

Cons: I'm not giving higher score as there is for a real a noise issue. From the street but as well a lot from the people inside. I understand it's Amsterdam, but at 4 in the morning the customer should avoid noises and per ha the night shift staff should immediately intervene. For the outside noise, a better insulation should do the job. This was anyway the only issue.

Great hotel in a fantastic part of the city!

Pros: The hotel is perfect for a short trip when you just want to drop bags and be in Amsterdam. This is not a luxury hotel as reflected in the price.

Cons: The staff were great overall, except for one who decided to lecture me about buying a bottle of water instead of drinking tap water. It’s a bit difficult to rely on tap water when you’re out and about all day without a bottle to refill.

Pros: The location was unbelievable, everything is on your doorstep.

Pros: Good location, perfect for walking. Quiet enough at night, although the area is very busy

Excellent, regardless of the passport situation.

Pros: They are exceptional, left my passport in there premises while going to Rotterdam to watch darts. Went out there way to save it for me, while I collected it the day. Quality customer service and very reliable.

Clean and modern, great location

Pros: Great location, clean and maintained. Nice old building with modern facilities. Friendly staff that doesn't get in your way.

Cons: A bit pricey. Steep small stairs, hard to drag big suitcases.
