Clean, efficient and well looked after! We had a lovely 3day stay

Pros: The room was large, the third bed for our son was a full size single. The room was the perfect temperature despite it being really cold outside and it being a garden room. Hot shower and gorgeous smelling products in the room

Lovely family feel hotel in a beautiful typical Dutch house

Pros: Wonderful place to stay in Utrecht! Extremely well located within walking distance of most central areas, yet a bit away from the buzzing streets so very quiet at night. The decoration and building are very beautiful, and the staff was extremely kind. Breakfast was lovely, with real personal touches and the smell of hot croissants that fills the hallway in the morning. It feels like being in a good friend's house!

Cons: It was all perfect for my needs, so no negative, but note that if you're travelling with someone else, some rooms have the shower directly in the bedroom with a clear glass window, so check which room you pick to fit the level of comfort you have with that person. ;) Toilet was well separated though, so no stress there.

Spacious room, kind staff, and beautiful natural views

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent, and the natural view from the window was truly uplifting.

Pros: Muze hotel is a lovely place right at the water. Friendly reception and great breakfast with a homely feel. Design of the hotel is great and I always love the honesty bar concept. You can take your drink outside in the garden and still do some work or reading, or go into town which is 5 mins on foot. Definitely recommended and make sure to take a look in the photo book about the renovation of the hotel, great before and after pictures.

Cons: With the weather a bit hotter, the absence of airco makes for hotter rooms. You can open the window, though as there are no fly screens, you might have to tolerate some less welcome friends. There is a ventilator in the room, but of course, that doesn't cool it down. Overall it was a small nuisance only, as there are heavy curtains, so as long as you open the window once the light is out, I didn't notice mosquitoes and slept very well.

Pros: Cosy room, great bath/bathroom, and very comfortable bed. Excellent location with beautiful views. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
