A totally delightful stay!

Pros: I really liked the hotel’s central location, as well as the staff’s attentiveness and kindness. Additionally, it was a very thoughtful gesture for them to send a bag I had forgotten to my next address

Cons: This is not a complaint about the property, but about Booking. I paid for both the room and breakfast, but the breakfast was not communicated to the hotel. As a result, we had to pay for breakfast again

Beautiful rooms in a lovely canal side building

Pros: The location, 4 minutes to Anne Frank’s house, the building itself; the beds were incredibly comfy and the bathroom was perfect with two people bath and a shower.

Cons: Our room smelt a bit like drains and it was above the bin storage so could be quite noisy.

Pros: Excellent hotel. Greeted with a warm welcome and drink. There's nothing too much trouble, staff very helpful. Warm comfortable rooms, and bed with lovely complimentary wash facilities. The soaps and hair products smelled lovely. Would visit again.
