Lovely hotel offering a change of scene from the City

Pros: We had a great time here and was a nice break from the busy city with lots of space for our kids to run around. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great couples retreat

Pros: Location was excellent, view from our deck was lovely, heated floor in the bathroom is a plus

Wonderful!

Pros: We only stayed for two nights. We Loved how chilled it was. The communication from the staff members was efficient and friendly. The accommodation was so cosy and comfortable. Lots of space and great bedding/towels soap etc. The little things really go a long way, and I think it’s hard to find accommodations that go the extra mile. And I think Basecamp did. We wished we could have stayed for longer! Well done guys you are doing a great job!

A gem. Fascinating accommodation in nature close to the city.

Pros: Loved this place. The wee houses were fascinating! We stayed in a wikkelhouse (there are differing accommodations) and its made predominantly of cardboard! A most beautiful 'tiny house' 👌❤️👏 (and just a 25 minute bike ride into Amsterdam) but surrounded by nature. This place was a surprise; sustainable builds, tiny houses, great design - even the chairs are clever flip designs. The staff were lovely, it's very relaxed. Restaurant informal and open all day which was handy for soups/snacks plus evening meal. Surprised by the amount of good dog walking trails all around.

Cons: You can't pull the car up to the house so we find a wheelbarrow!

Simple, kind and consistently comfortable

Pros: It wasn’t our first stay at a BaseCamp, and as always, one thing made our time there special - the kindness of the staff. They’re genuinely caring and always ready to help. It’s a different kind of caring than what you find in five-star hotels. It is not the well-trained courtesy of luxury service, but something simpler and more real – pure care. The atmosphere is relaxed, the snacks at the bar are spot on (the pizza is seriously good), and breakfast, while not hyper-fancy, is solid and always something we look forward to.

Cons: It’s hard to call this a dislike, because we always sleep really well here, but it’s worth noting that on some days – and usually only for a short while – you can hear planes passing by. It’s never been a real disturbance, just something to keep in mind if you’re especially sensitive to noise.

Pros: Location, facilities, onsite parking and all amenities were great

Cons: Limited breakfast choice and no room cleaning service

Pros: One of the best to get recharged after long meetings in Amsterdam. The staff and AI online are chat so supportive and guide you directly on your stay. The nature and a real fireplace brings you back to childhood.

Unique and tranquil stay just outside Amsterdam

Pros: Lovely place and really unique. Really pretty surroundings and the houses are super cute with very comfy beds. The hot tub was a great addition for relaxing after a day out. Organic fruit farm and farm shop/cafe next door is super cute. Location is nice a tranquil if you want something quiet out of the city.

Cons: Was lovely, but being super picky it would have been nice to have a few more food options in the evening.
