Great hotel for short-stay / transit.

Pros: Convenient location near Amsterdam Airport, especially for transit or short stay. Room was spacious, included all ameneties including high quality toiletteries, tea/coffee maker and cloths iron. They had very good breakfast area with beautiful view. Check-in was smooth and easy. Best part is the covered parking (although paid).

Cons: Everything was good for a short stay. The breakfast selection was standard continental but hot items were cold and not replaced. Staff at reception at night was good and welcoming. Reception staff in the morning shift were grumpy and got irritated with me when I informed them that the online checkout was not working.

Pros: It was clean, warm, spacious and the staff efficient. Tea/coffee and ironing facilities in the rooms were a nice plus. The breakfast was lovely with a good range of hot and cold and sweet and savoury options.

Cons: Some facilities were very tired - especially in the bathroom. I also found the towel-hanging facilities in the bathroom awkward. The remote location meant that as the weather was limiting I was forced to pay more than I felt was fair for an unsatisfactory hotel meal.

Nice place and warm, pleasant friendly staff

Pros: There was a shuttle from the airport that brought us to the hotel. The room was nice and clean take coffee facilities the reception staff was very pleasant.

Cons: The toiletries in the rooms were all empty. We called for the bottles to be refilled but no one came. But we just stayed for a night and we had some of our own so it didn’t bother us a lot.
