Mercure hotel Schiphol terminal is located behind customs in Lounge 3 at Schiphol Airport, opposite the KLM Crown lounge or the F Gate. With a valid departure flight ticket and passport, you can enjoy comfortable hotel rooms before your flight. Convenient and comfortable for overnight stay before flight

Pros: Location in terminal ideal- no need to go through customs and located very close to our gate for ongoing flight with KLM

Cons: No food on site- but plenty of options nearby in airport

I would definitely book this hotel again. It was so easy to stay at and didn’t require shuttles which can be time consum

Pros: Location airside was a great for a connecting flight the following morning. As I had a boarding pass it was also easy to exit to go outside (into Amsterdam if I had wanted too). The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable and there was tea/coffee & water provided. The bathroom was quite a strange layout, the washbasin was in the room next to the beds with the shower being in its own enclosure and then the toilet was in a separate enclosure(like in public toilets). It was perfectly fine though, only mentioned in case anyone wondered about it.

Cons: Directions were hard to find it, but as I had seen this previously on a review I was prepared for that. There was no facility for leaving any hand luggage if you arrived before the 8pm check in.

Pros: Very pleasant and helpful front desk and staff. Great location in the terminal, only 1 min walk to lounge 52 lounge. Bathroom very modern.nice shower.

Pros: Situation, staff very helpful and friendly. Room very good and comfortable. Complimentary water, coffee welcomed. To stay in the transit zone is so helpful.

Great location for transfers.

Pros: The location being within airport security was fantastic as I had really early flight out… 5 minutes to the gate just!

Pros: Super convenient for transit. I had three long connecting flights, and staying at this hotel located right inside the terminal (after security) was just perfect. So easy and hassle-free. The staff also do wake up call which is just amazing.

Cons: Please put 2 mineral waters, not just one bottle.
