Pros: Walking distance to the Terminal. Reasonable connection to Amsterdam downtown.

Cons: Small rooms, however this is what I do expected - not complaining. :-)

Pros: Location, accessibility is superb! Design and idea is unique. Love it!

Cons: Compared to previous stays there were no cups in the room, no toys, no welcome drinks and hot beverages available

Pros: We really liked the close proximity to Schipol airport, the friendly staff, the superb breakfast, and the quality of the rooms

Cons: The rooms are very small, and the enclosed toilet area makes is pretty cramped, but for a one night stay , it was fine.

Pros: Very friendly staff, always trying to help when required. Room was very clean and very good blinds that keeps the outside light away. The breakfast was agreeable (good choice and good quality), with the possibility to have a coffee from a real coffee machine. Location very close to the airport (from the closest entrance of the terminal: 7-10 min by foot).

Cons: Room was a bit small.

Pros: Location is superb if you need to be close to the airport or rail terminals. Staff are so welcoming and efficient. Really cool hotel. Have stayed there a few times already and will choose again on future trips.

Perfect 1 night stay as transit stop in AMS

Pros: Great location 5 min walk from the terminal, well equipped rooms, big comfortable beds and pillows and great bar and lobby area with great atmosphere. Food was great and served quickly.. love the Citizen M brand for a short stay

Cons: Nothing. However usb plug sockets in room would be appreciated

Pros: Very modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Walking distance from airport. Good coffee.

Cons: In my room there was no separate bathroom, just a curtain between the bed and shower/toilet. Fine if you are alone but maybe not if you are sharing. I would have liked sliced bread/toast at breakfast.
