Lovely private cottage near Amsterdam

Quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to stay outside of busy central Amsterdam with access to frequent public transport. The house is modern, clean and comfortable. The hosts were so friendly, helpful, and also gave us some recommendations on nice things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, convenient and has everything you need

Pros: The property was stunning, it had everything we needed for our stay, including a hair dryer and iron and plenty of tea bags and coffee capsules!! The short walk along the river to the bus stop was just lovely and such an easy way to get into the city without having to stay in the busy centre. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were stylish and spotless. We loved our stay and Irene was so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed visiting the neighbouring town for dinner too.

Cons: There was very little that could have been improved but we did miss having a full length mirror. Honestly though, this property was just gorgeous.

Perfect weekendje weg

Pros: Uitstekende locatie, mooie, nette accommodatie. Aandacht voor details. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Irene. Vele nuttige tips voor uitstapjes en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Rustige ligging met privacy, maar heel handig dat de eigenaresse nabij is in geval van problemen.

Idealer Standort für Amsterdambesuch mit Landlebenfeeling

Pros: Idealer Standort, wenn man neben Amsterdam auch noch etwas Niederland-Landleben-Feeling haben möchte. Ein perfekter Ort, um schnell auch ans Islemeer zu fahren. Das Tinyhouse ist optimal eingerichtet in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend und gehört sehr aufmerksamen, freundlichen Gastgebern. Eine Unterkunft, die man gern als Tipp an Freunde weiter gibt.

Vi nød 3 dage i Irenes hus med ture til Amsterdam. Busstop er tæt på huset og bussen går tit. Huset kan absolut anbefale

Pros: Irenes hus er utrolig dejligt indrettet og funktionelt. Der er gode senge/madrasser og møbler samt tilpas med køkkenudstyr og service til 4. Desuden en lille terrasse med havemøbler udenfor huset. Der var meget rent overalt. Huset har en god beliggenhed i byen med en offentlig p-plads lige udenfor. Der var stille og roligt - lidt leben men kun hyggeligt. Der er et grøntsagstorv om onsdagen på p-pladsen.

Cons: Alt fungerede for os. Trappen til overetagen kan måske være en udfordring for dårligt gående.

Pros: Schitterend huisje op een mooie locatie in het mooie Broek en Waterland

Stupenda struttura in un bellissimo paesino olandese

Pros: La casa era davvero bella, arredata con gusto e dotata del necessario. Tra i punti di forza inserirei il piccolo spazio esterno e la presenza di due bagni! Non ha un prcheggio privato ma davanti alla casa è presente un ampio parcheggio pubblico: durante il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a trovare il posteggio. La posizione era perfetta: fuori dalla confusione di Amsterdam ma ben fornita dai mezzi di trasporto (la fermata del pullman è a pochi metri dalla casa, in 15/20 minuti si arriva in città). Broek in Waterland è davvero un bel posto, molto caratteristico e con ottimi ristoranti. Irene, l’host, è stata gentilissima, molto disponibile e mai invadente. Ci ha accolto personalmente e ha lasciato stroopwafel e una bottiglia di vino! Molto consigliato.

Cons: La struttura è davvero stupenda ma, a malincuore, devo segnalare che nelle camere da letto le pareti riportano i segni del passaggio delle persone, risultano infatti annerite in alcuni punti.

Absolument parfait. Idéal pour un long séjour.

Pros: Absolument tout ! Clarté des instructions pour le check-in, qualité de l'accueil, gentillesse de la manager, propreté, taille de l'hébergement, qualité de la construction, comfort, environnement (village et étang), facilité d'accès en transport en commun depuis Amsterdam Centraal.

Cons: Il n'y a rien de négatif à dire.

Pros: Le logement était incroyablement agréable, décoré avec goût, les équipements sont bien pensés et de qualité. Le logement est situé dans un village absolument adorable, nous avons adoré. Et il est tellement facile de se rendre à Amsterdam en bus ! Nous reviendrons certainement ! :) Merci à Irène d'avoir été attentive à nos moindres besoins !

Cons: Le seul tout petit bémol est l'isolation acoustique du logement par rapport au logement des propriétaires. Nous avons eu peur que cela puisse réveiller notre enfant, mais cela n'a pas été le cas, alors tout s'est très bien passé :).
