Pros: Theo was a great host really helpful and kind to us, asked for extra pillows they were delivered straight away, quiet room very clean great kitchen area everything you need coffee and tea and milk provided lovely 5 days away in beautiful monnickendam overlooking the marina will visit again thanks so much for the warm welcome 🤗

Pros: Great location with the harbour and free parking directly in front of the property, and also convenient to drive to Amsterdam. The hosts were very friendly and had useful advice for where to park etc. The accommodation also felt very private, with access to our own kitchen etc. Very happy to have stayed here.

Quiet and peaceful place for stay

Pros: Monnickendam is a historical seaside place with slowly pace,we are enjoy the room decorated and brochures of surrounding area introduction. Nice kitchen and facilities you can made a delicious meal. Very clean and neat place to stay . We decide to go Marken , it was a good memory.

Cons: 2023 the pouring rain.

Great quiet and relaxed place close to Amsterdam

Pros: This is a great place, very quiet at night, directly opposite of the marina, with a great view on the boats in the sea. It is a very large room with a table and chairs, has access to a kitchen with all the basics you need. I travelled to Amsterdam Centraal in the morning which is only a 20 minutes bus ride away with very frequent buses. It was much more relaxed staying a bit outside of Amsterdam. Very friendly owner.

Pros: This was a great location a short bus ride from Amsterdam. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The room/apartment was comfy and clean and well supplied. Only hitch was the host was delayed in meeting us there and so we waited to get in…

Pros: Die Wohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schrank und Tisch, dem Badezimmer mit Dusche und der Küche. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei sauber. Die Lage war auch gut: man konnte den Bus nach Amsterdam innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichen. Der Bus fährt ca. alle 10 Minuten. Außerdem gibt es einen Bus nach Edam und Volendam. In Monnikendam gibt es auch ein gutes Angebot an Restaurants und Bars. Es ist dort allgemein angenehm ruhig und urig.

Cons: Die Matratze des Bettes war für meinen Geschmack zu weich. Es gab nicht so viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel - dies liegt aber an der Stadt.

Pros: Sehr nette Gastgeber! Zimmer, Küche und Bad hatten alles, was man benötigt. Sehr nett eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, über Nacht kostenlos, tagsüber für 2h kostenlos. Amsterdam, Edam, Volendam, Zaanse Schanz etc in er näheren Umgebung für Ausflüge. Gute Busanbindung. Hilfreiche Hinweise durch den Gastgeber vor der Anreise.

Cons: Keine Belüftung im Bad, aber wenn man die Tür einen Spalt offen lässt... Andere Räume haben Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen und für Frischluftzufuhr sorgen können. Also eigentlich kein Problem.

Pros: Le logement était propre, très fonctionnel et facile d'accès. Les hôtes ont toujours été là pour nous aider, et nous ont même donné des bons plans pour notre séjour ! Concernant la localisation, c'était idéal : à 5 minutes des arrêts des bus 314 et 316 (20 min de trajet pour aller à Amsterdam, 5-10 pour Edam), 15 minutes d'un supermarché, 5 minutes des restaurants du port. Devant les prix excessifs des hôtels à Amsterdam, ce logement était accessible et raisonnable. Il nous a également permis de nous faire à manger grâce à la cuisine bien équipée. De plus, nous avons adoré dormir à l'extérieur d'Amsterdam, le cadre des petites villes hollandaises était idyllique ! En bref, si vous voulez du calme et de l'authenticité, n'hésitez pas ! 😁

Cons: Peut-être avoir des rideaux un peu plus occultants pour avoir moins de lumière le matin ? Mais c'est vraiment un détail !

Pros: Nagyon kedves vendéglátó rendezett ház nagyon szép a hely a konyha jól felszerelt kávét és teát szabadon fogyaszthattunk. Kicsit fáztunk. Mi otthon 21.5 celsiusra állítjuk a termosztátot.
