Home from home - thoroughly enjoyable and easy access to everything.
Pros: Excellent location and accommodation - loved sustainability! Host very informative and left a complimentary drink! Along with tea/coffee, etc. Very enjoyable stay.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like - was perfect for us!

Pros: Clean and homely look. Provided tea and coffee, hangers, a fan (useful for ventilation), umbrellas, information booklets on Amsterdam.
Cons: No other window because of ‘basement’ setting. Because our room was under the main hallway, we would be able to hear all the creaks as people came in/out of the property. Bedroom slippers would be a nice addition. Shower curtain quite gross really, compounded by the fact that there is no ventilation there. Pillows a bit too soft. Door cannot be closed, and there is no safe in the room, so we couldn’t lock valuables away.

Nice place to stay for a long weekend / week with plenty to do, some lovely cafes and bars within 10 minutes and
Pros: Nice location in the canals and 10 minutes walk from the Museum Quarter and 20 minutes to the 9 Streets. Lovely decor, and facilities in the room. On a quiet road overlooking the canal and 5 minutes walk to the Metro and 2 mins to the tram stop.
Cons: Nothing bad to report at all - host Cesar was super helpful and friendly

Lovely Apartment in a great location
Pros: A lovely apartment with an absolutely fantastic location. The host is really wonderful, would stay here over a hotel in Amsterdam ANY day. It has everything you need and most importantly for us, space and a washing machine. You cannot cook as per regulations but everything is so close it won't matter. Really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: It was a bit noisy (having people in and out above us), but this is unavoidable as this is such an old building with old flooring (which is part of the great experience, but don't expect to sleep late, go explore!)

The perfectly situated, home away from home❤️
Pros: We loved it! It was spacious and the chabby chic decor was perfect. The windows opened right up and being situated by the quiet part of the Canal was so picturesque. The coffee machine was a lovely exclusive touch. The bed was super comfortable. The storage space was great. We loved the walk in shower cubicle. Everything was very clean. The host sent lovely messages on the day and we felt welcomed and comfortable. 10/10 we would love to stay here again!
Cons: Below is some feedback that we would like to pass on as food for thought but these very small things were not a detriment to our trip and it would certainly not stop us from staying here again. A full length mirror in the main room where all that natural light is would be incredible! The plug socket above the bed meant we couldn’t really sit up. The door to access the room was a bit stiff so did make a bit of a noise when opened and closed. The water pressure in the shower could’ve been better. The colour on the TV during the day was very dull and not facing directly in front of the bed or sofa which felt strange. But, equally I understand people don’t typically stay away to watch TV.

Would highly recommend this place for couples or individuals. It’s a gorgeous apartment with a surprising amount of natu
Pros: The apartment was perfect for my partner and I. We stayed in the city for 4 nights and this served us just right. The location is amazing - within walking distance of the key attractions and transport links. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood too. The facilities were just what we needed. The staff responded instantly via the booking.com app when I asked about access. Thank you for making our stay the best one yet!
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like. We loved everything.
